GATEWAY is a room booking solution that delivers a simple meeting space management tool which will interface with Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes and can increase the productive use of your available rooms. Rooms are invited to the meeting along with participants, ensuring that if a meeting is rescheduled and /or cancelled the booking is also changed. This can reduce administrative workload for redeployment to more productive tasks.
Information on room availability can be displayed outside via a small digital screen or in the room on a Cisco IP phone* or touch screen. These screens can also show room availability of other rooms which can save time in making a booking, plus if a walk up meeting is required it can be booked by the touch of a button.

Using the same functionality meetings can be cancelled at the touch of a button freeing up the room instantly.
