Investa Property Group is one of Australia’s leading integrated property solution providers. Investa’s goal was to reflect their commitment to environmental sustainability with the technologies they deployed in their new land mark Head Office. PIVOD DIRECTOR, accessed through the touch-screen interface of the Cisco IP phone, provided control of Investa's new audio visual equipment, presentation and video conferencing facilities, with substantial energy savings.

Investa required a solution to operate the newly acquired equipment in a number of rooms that was intuitive and easy to use, so as not to be reliant upon IT to manage or support it. PIVOD partnered with Oriel for the integration of Investa’s building control and infrastructure, the rollout of which reflects the beginning of a shift in the way businesses approach telephony with the inclusion of data and device communication.

DIRECTOR controls the audio visual and room booking systems for 7 of Investa’s meeting rooms, including the Boardroom, the Training room and 3 large meeting rooms. GATEWAY room booking was integrated into 7 other rooms. Energy Conservation System’s MLS lighting and motion detector system was also integrated with DIRECTOR and together we provided a considerable saving in energy and running costs.
